"We sell our products in many different countries around the world. Having our development team with Ciklum already, the decision to try to establish sales in the region was quite obvious, when Ciklum approached us with this offer. It has turned out to be a good decision.
We are selling through local partners who assist our customer’s in setting up our product to fit their business processes. Our dedicated Sales Manager at Ciklum Sales Office has been developing relations with both end-customers and partners and after having closed the first customer in Ukraine, he has signed up several partners for us. Not only in Ukraine, but lately also in Russia. They have all been trained in our products and have now started bringing in new business to us.
The potential in Ukraine and Russia is big but the way of doing business here is very different to the other markets we operate in and without the support from Ciklum Sales Office we would not have succeeded."
