In 2007 MatchWork decided to look for software development talent outside of Denmark. The project went well and today we have built a development organization in the Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk, that in size equals that of our development organization in Denmark. Our development team in Ukraine has proven to be very skilled in our technology, and stepped up to the plate so-to-speak. This has given MatchWork the ability to free-up resources in Denmark to focus on our clients’ needs and a more strategic perspective of our core product development. Overall our organization is now more competitive on cost, development and in terms of market agility, and we preserve our competitive leadership in the market for job-boards and Software As A Service.
