This is also why we have gone from a team size of 3 in 2007 to 75+ people in 2010, so our team in Ukraine is no longer a department but heart of our business. Nearshoring has also allowed us to communicate our business strategy and requirements to every single member of our team and align them accordingly, making them part of the extended Metastorm family.
We think of this as being business-agile and harnessing talented human capital not just driving costs down.
