Ciklum has built and is currently supporting two dedicated Magento software development teams for Symmetrics GmbH, one of the world’s leading Magento Enterprise partners. The teams are responsible for both Symmetrics’ software project development and customer support and services.

After careful research and analysis of 350 software development outsourcing services providers, Symmetrics shortlisted 30 potential candidates and finally selected Ciklum as its IT outsourcing partner.

Symmetrics’ management was impressed with the high quality of Ciklum’s HR and consultancy services, extensive recruitment network, overall reputation and responsiveness. But the final decision to partner with Ciklum was made after visiting its offices in Ukraine.

From the project initiation Symmetrics has had very high requirements in terms of technical skills, quality of deliveries and business model. Ciklum has built and is currently supporting development teams for Symmetrics in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second R&D as well as technology center after Kyiv. At present, Symmetrics’ e-commerce teams involve a two-digit number of IT specialists and are expected to grow quickly throughout 2011.
