Accelerate Your Nearshore Team Start-Up Process with a PM Interim Program

Once a company decides to start up a nearshore or offshore own team with a selected supplier it is quite natural that expectations are to get the team up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately sometimes due to the hot labor market or a technology scarce expertise required, the hiring process of finding the right team members with the proper skills set and seniority might take time. Burn-in new permanent PM (in cooperation with the Client)

This service is suitable for those that have little or no experience in establishing a nearshore software development team and wants to spend little time or has no resources to allocate for the new set-up and/or literally want to start the nearshore operations next day. In fact, as with many other services introduced to Ciklum service portfolio the PM Interim Program was launched on clients’ demand and has been already tested during 2010.
