Ciklum Agile Networking Seminar in London

In today’s fast paced business environment just about any development project is required to be ‘Agile’ in order to bring flexibility and to facilitate development in a customer centric manner. However, combining Agility with outsourcing poses a number of questions:

• Just how can Agile development be run efficiently in the outsourcing environment with widely distributed teams?
• Is it easier to take this approach with developers based in Eastern Europe compared with Asia?
• What tools and processes can be used to maximize productivity in a real life pragmatic environment?
• How can we actually measure success?

Yuri Lapin, Head of the Consulting Office at Ciklum and Agile Guru, brings with him his experience of supporting over 100 Agile client teams and will seek to answer those questions and more. He will be joined on the night by a variety of ‘Agile’ Ciklum clients who will be able to discuss their recent experience.
