At the end of 2016, Ciklum’s Big Data & Analytics Team participated in a contest by a commercial bank. Their task was to predict customer`s gender, aggregated daily turnover by expense category for the whole customer base, and individual expenses by category in the next month – Customer’s Lifetime Value (LTV).
