Ciklum Acquires GoSolve Group to Scale Experience Engineering and Strengthen AI Edge

London, June 10 2025: Ciklum, a global Experience Engineering firm, has today confirmed its acquisition of GoSolve Group, a cloud-native software development company specializing in Go programming language, cloud modernization, high performance computing and DevOps. This deal strengthens Ciklum’s global footprint by bringing in over 150 employees while also cementing Ciklum’s ongoing growth within the US market. 

Ciklum has a global workforce of more than 4,000 people, collectively demonstrating deep skills across engineering, design, product and consultancy. Ciklum creates digital products and exceptional customer experiences for a client base of more than 250 global enterprises and new digital disruptors, and has built a strong track record in next-generation product engineering and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

GoSolve Group is headquartered in San Francisco, and its global team’s main footprint is across Poland and Pune, India. Its global headcount numbers more than 150 and covers a complete range of Go-based development functionalities, including engineering, QA, product development, management and DevOps. Importantly, GoSolve Group’s core client base covers healthcare and retail: two key verticals in which Ciklum has built deep experience and expertise.
 
This acquisition further enhances the spectrum of Experience Engineering capabilities Ciklum offers, blending deep technical expertise to accelerate innovation, reduce cloud costs and engineer high performance cloud native applications for clients across the globe.
