Their file ingestion process led to significant data reporting issues, affecting overall operational efficiency. To address these challenges, the client needed a modern, digitized system capable of consolidating all their data and streamlining workflows.

Recognizing the client’s need for a centralized approach to managing multiple applications, Ciklum developed a dynamic solution designed to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline billing processes. Ciklum consolidated five separate billing applications into a single, modernized web system to create a unified billing platform. We also implemneted an automated ETL system to efficiently handle diverse data feeds, backed by an advanced reporting solution to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
