Hi-Tech / TechnologyThe Challenge
As hybrid and mobile-first work became the norm, the technology provider needed to secure how employees accessed internal applications and internet resources from mobile devices.
Users were connecting through public Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and other unmanaged environments, making consistent access control and policy enforcement harder across devices and locations.
The existing third-party mobile client no longer gave security teams the level of control and manageability needed. The business required a mobile security solution that could protect traffic, support secure application access, work across multiple platforms, and be deployed at scale through its existing MDM infrastructure.

The Solution
Ciklum implemented Zero Trust Client for Mobile, a unified mobile security client that combines secure application access with internet threat protection.
The solution was integrated with the organisation’s Enterprise Application Access (EAA) and Secure Internet Access (SIA), giving mobile users secure access to enterprise applications while protecting web traffic across networks. It was deployed through their existing MDM setup across Android, iOS, iPadOS, and ChromeOS.
