The Challenge

At the heart of expanding a gaming enterprise lies the foundation of a solid payments system. Betsson needed support envisaging and delivering a modern payment platform, with diverse payment integrations to cover multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, they aimed to incorporate an automation layer to enhance the end-user experience across more than 20 brands.

At the start of the engagement, Betsson was experiencing some challenges in their delivery operations. Ciklum helped resolve communication and calibration blockers and built out an agile coaching programme working with Betsson to fine-tune all delivery management processes.
