Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is company-wide and describes how we demonstrate our Ciklum values in the way we work, every day. It also explains our commitments to and, more importantly, expectations about how we as Ciklumers interact.
At Ciklum, our people and teams operate under the core principles of transparency and integrity. We have clear guidelines and policies in place around anti-corruption, bribery, fraud and all other kinds of financial crime.

The Hotline offers a global 24/7/365 Ethics Reporting service through a toll-free number in every country where Ciklum operates. Trained agents take calls in English, French and Spanish. They can further support another 150 languages in addition to hearing or speech impairments. A call back with a local language translator can be agreed.
Our independent provider WhistleBlower Security Inc. ensures 100% confidentiality and, if needed, anonymity.
Ciklum strictly forbids any retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
