Mobile applications are at the core of Betclic Everest Group’s revenue. All 31 apps had to be thoroughly tested to provide uninterrupted information flow and the best quality of user transactions.
Betclic Everest Group requested Manual QA testing from Ciklum considering the following challenges.
The Client’s QA team consisted initially of 1 Manager, 3 Team leaders and 15 testing engineers to perform the sufficient regression testing of all supported brands, games and target platforms.
Ciklum provided a Manual QA Team consisting of 1 QA Manager/Consultant and 4 Manual QA Engineers.
After the Manual QA Team had developed an in-depth understanding of the client’s applications and system architecture, they started adjusting and integrating processes, infrastructures and tools.
Extensive testing of both iOS and Android versions included defect tracking, test cases execution, regression and smoke testing. They also executed compatibility and comparison testing across a wide range of devices (Android and iOS phones and tabs) to ensure optimal functionality.
A flawless launch after the Ciklum Manual QA team provided weekly releases to ensure that all 31 apps were stable and bug free.
