What did Ciklum do
In partnership with Betsson, a team of 40+ Ciklum developers optimised, and future-proofed their payment infrastructure, allowing millions of transactions to be processed across Betsson brands every day.
At the start of the engagement, Betsson was experiencing some challenges in their delivery operations. Ciklum were able to help resolve communication and calibration blockers in the early phase of the engagement, and as part of this, we built out an agile coaching programme working with Betsson to fine-tune all delivery management processes.
